Playing video games is definitely better on a console than a PC. The PC, even though it has the hardware and power, is not the video game system of choice. Whis is this the case? The answer is that consoles are faster, have nice controllers, and offer a special networking interface to make it easy to pair up on line with another live player to play your favorite video game.

Another big reason that video games are so much better on the console is that it is much easier to play with other people on one system via a console. Because the video game console plugs directly into an HDTV, it is much easier to split the screen and play with a friend in the living room, than to use the tv as both a monitor and game video screen with a computer.

The third and biggest reason why consoles do so well is that the game selection is much better for console systems. Lets take the PS3 for example.
